Two mayor projects showing our changes and our vision for the future are our website update and our NKG Sustainability Report 2022.

From storage to processing and delivery of green coffee – at NKG Kala, only exciting things about coffee happen. Modern facilities, advanced technology, and also the passion of our colleagues working closely with the product make NKG Kala one of the most fascinating places in the whole NKG world. It’s about time that everyone gets a glimpse! Enjoy this virtual tour!

30 years at Neumann Kaffee Gruppe! On July 1, our Group CEO David M. Neumann celebrated this remarkable anniversary. As a little surprise for this special day, our colleagues around the world recorded video clips that we edited into a very touching personal video message for him. Enjoy watching it and Congratulations again, Mr. Neumann!

For the launch of the NKG Bloom coffees, a specially produced marketing video has been completed.

Working remotely, meeting virtually, finding digital solutions – these are just some experiences that most of us have become familiar with during the last months. Out of these new working conditions, ideas and projects within NKG have evolved – here’s an insight into some of them.

Despite Covid-19 restrictions, roaster clients and employees of NKG found a way to discuss important market developments at “NKG Roaster Day 2021”. For the first time, the event took place in a virtual environment – a challenging and inspiring experience at the same time.

Did you notice that since the outbreak of the pandemic, NKG’s IT team has probably been among the people you talked to most frequently? The IT department has been instrumental in keeping the operation running over the last few months. Read more about the team and their key areas of work.

In normal times, the Board of Management holds regular meetings at the office in Hamburg with selected colleagues from NKG to discuss current and upcoming business issues. Although we are currently still far away from these normal times, the Work Together took place again this year.

Responsibility and sustainability have always been integral to our work at NKG, as coffee connects us to people, communities and their natural environments all over the globe, and their rights and health are a basic necessity for our coffee supply. The NKG Responsible Business Program further strengthens our commitment to the many facets of sustainable and responsible business by setting group-wide, ambitious goals.

The pandemic has shown us clearly how important it is to have a sustainable business model and clear values. Therefore, NG Communications has even intensified the renewed efforts to develop and reinforce NKG’s Corporate Identity and Design during these uncertain times as an important step towards a successful future.
